ATE Services For Venues and Event Organizers

  • We help arrange live music for bars, restaurants, festivals, community concert series, private events, fundraisers, and special engagements. Whether you need one performance or an ongoing entertainment calendar, we can discuss options that fit your audience, space, and budget.

  • Absolutely. Tell us about your audience, preferred musical style, event atmosphere, and budget. We’ll help identify suitable performers and check availability.

  • No. Our booking services aren’t limited to the artists featured on our roster. If you have a specific performer or style in mind, let us know. We can explore options through our broader music network. All bookings depend on availability and agreed terms.

  • Pricing varies based on the performer, date, location, performance length, and production needs. Share your budget and event details so we can discuss appropriate options and provide pricing for your booking.

  • Reach out as soon as you know your date, especially for festivals, summer concert series, and holiday events. More lead time gives us more options. If your event is coming up soon, contact us and we’ll explore what’s available.

  • Yes. Shows booked through ATE include social media promotion as well as posting in local print and digital publications and calendars We also offer additional marketing support, including paid advertising, website services, and entertainment calendars. We’ll discuss which services fit your needs and any additional costs.

  • Production needs vary by performer and venue. Tell us what equipment is available and whether your event is indoors or outdoors. We’ll help clarify the performer’s requirements and what needs to be arranged before the show. All performers receive Event Info sheets regarding your event so they know everything from where to park to where to set up. The goal is to make sure the performer is 99.9% confident on what to do if you are busy elsewhere.

ATE Services For Musicans and Bands

  • Send us an introduction with your location, musical style, live performance videos, website or social links, and availability. Include your typical rates and an electronic press kit if you have one. This helps us understand your act and assess potential opportunities.

  • Yes. We offer support with social media promotion, website design and maintenance, and special engagements such as album release shows and fundraising events. Contact us to discuss what your act needs.

    While we don’t provide representation (to allow you to pursue all opportunities) there is potential for setting up a “preferred partner” relationship.

  • No. Booking opportunities depend on venue needs, audience fit, budget, and availability. Our goal is to build productive connections and advocate for your time, talent, and work.
