Dan “Dan” Laird

FOUNDER AND LEAD BOOKING MANAGER

Dan, often referred to as Dan Dan, started his musical history like many singing in garages and basements with his first band in high school. Always wanting to be a drummer but without drums, he eventually picked up a guitar and taught himself to play rhythm. Many years later, Dan has performed professionally with numerous bands including his most recent duo, The Swift Brothers. With decades of performing experience, from dive bars to festival main stages, Dan knows the ins and outs of being a working musician and the needs of venues and events that together make a vibrant music community.

Garrett Redman

In addition to being the team’s most youthful man on the scene (despite classic music tastes for Fleetwood Mac and Bob Marley), Garrett leads our digital marketing efforts making sure every gig, no matter how big or small, gets noticed by the community. From social media event creation to postings in local digital and print publications, Garrett makes sure it’s nearly impossible to be unaware of your live music options.

Meet Mark Collins, our Lead Sound Specialist, the person who makes the band sound like magic and turns venue chaos into a perfectly balanced mix. With years of live-sound experience across bars, theaters, and festivals, Mark blends technical precision with musical sensitivity. He can read a room in seconds, anticipate a performer's needs before they ask, and dial in clarity and impact that keeps audiences engaged and artists and venues happy. With an expansive knowledge to music technology from OG soundboards to digital mixers, he can work with the tools in your budget to make sure your venue or performance is set up for success.
